Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Seafolly tags and hygiene protective strips remain attached.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
